Summer Positions

All positions are for ages 20 and over, although we do offer some positions for local employees who commute to work starting at age 16.Staff are housed in cabins that are nestled among tall pines and offer beautiful views of Trout Lake. Each one of our modern cabins contains full bathrooms. All staff have access to the Internet.
Staff receive one day off per week. We provide transportation into town so staff can relax or go explore the local area, get a bite to eat, see a movie, or go shopping at the huge outlet mall. Staff also choose to travel on their day off to major water parks, theme parks, and nearby hiking trails.

Our Positions
Counselors live in the cabin with campers and are responsible for their overall well-being. They shape a positive camp experience by building rapport with their campers and assisting with their daily activities. View the job description.
All Sports Coaches plan and facilitate a variety of sport and water based activities for a team of 20-25 campers (ages 8-17 years old). This position concentrates on building life skills through sports and is similar to a physical education teacher, just in a camp setting. View the job description.
Lifeguards oversee our waterfront while it is in use by campers and staff. They also help with waterfront equipment set up and pack down each day. Applicants should be strong swimmers and be comfortable in open water. Lifeguarding experience is a plus. View the job description.
Mountain bike instructors take groups of campers for guided rides and also maintain all bikes, equipment, and trails. Applicants should have experience off road biking, performing general bike maintenance and working with kids. View the job description.
Ropes course instructors facilitate our climbing tower, zip lines, and other adventure course elements. They also help with ropes course set up and pack down each day. Applicants should ideally have prior ropes course experience and must feel comfortable with heights. View the job description.
Recreation staff create and host different competitions and events for the camp community. This position requires confidence to explain, entertain, and boost the energy of camp. View the job description.
Photographers and videographers capture photos and video of our campers and staff during their activities. They organize media into galleries and help create promotional content with our marketing team. View the job description.
Administrative staff assists with reception and secretarial duties within our busy office. View the job description.
Food Service staff work with our chefs to provide meals for the camp community. They assist with serving, dishwashing and dining room clean up. In addition, our food service staff operate our camp store serving snacks and souvenirs to campers and staff. View the job description.
Site and facility staff are responsible for the landscaping and upkeep of the camp property. They assist with building projects and address any maintenance issues that arise during the camp season. View the job description.
Housekeeping staff clean camp facilities, restock supplies, wash laundry and perform light gardening. View the job description.
Gate greeters manage our camp’s entry and exit gates. They welcome families into camp, sign off on deliveries, and screen any visitors. View the job description.
Nurses are responsible for dispensing medication, caring for ill campers and staff, and administering first aid within the camp community. View the job description.
