While it is free of charge to switch weeks, it is based on availability. We can only move campers into weeks that have open spaces. Our dates & rates page outlines our current calendar.

Prior to May 1st, we can change checkout dates at no cost. You’ll simply receive a new invoice reflecting the updated checkout day.

After May 1st, it is still possible to adjust your checkout date, although we are not able to refund the difference in canceled days.

If you are on the fence between our Friday, Saturday, or Sunday checkout options, we recommend the Friday. It is easier for us to add than reduce, especially with the change in policy after May 1st.

To place your camper to a waitlist, please submit an additional application in your parent account. Don’t worry, you will remain in your current week and this waitlisted week will be separate.

Waitlists are free to join – no is deposit required despite the application asking for card information. You will receive confirmation once your camper has been added to waitlist verifying your card has not been charged.

Waitlists are ordered by application timestamp to keep it fair for all interested families.

To withdraw your camper from their week, please submit our cancellation form.

It will ask you to verify the week you are removing and your refund preference (if applicable). The full refund policy is visible on the form.

Please remember we offer the ability to change to any other available week at no cost.

We offer Friday, Saturday, and Sunday checkout options to help navigate work, sports, and vacation plans. Since we are built with this flexibility in mind, our weekends feature awesome programming.

On Fridays, we host the “Color Wars” tournament. Campers and staff are organized into color themed teams to compete in various sports. Friday night is also the weekly Silent Disco – a camper favorite dance party on the beach.

With a smaller number of campers on Saturday, it’s the perfect opportunity to revisit favorite activities and have more one-on-one time with the staff. Saturday’s feature a specialty camper’s choice with rotating activities like cooking and pilates too.

There are several ways to enjoy multiple weeks at ISTC.

Consecutive – For a connected multi-week stay, your first week should reflect the full Sunday-Sunday session. Your second week can be any of the checkout options. We’ll link your camper up with others their age also staying for multiple weeks. Not to mention, we’ll even help your camper with laundry over the weekend.

Weekend Break – For back to back weeks, it is possible to leave during a regular checkout and return for Sunday check-in. We find this option is great for campers who need to play in a weekend tournament, but want to spend more time at ISTC.

Separate Sessions – Attend at the start of summer and then return for the end – a fantastic option for families with mid-summer commitments.

Waitlist movement is driven by families choosing to cancel or switch their week. As changes take place throughout the year, we fill from the waitlist as spaces open.

Each year, we see the most movement from January to May as families receive summer sports schedules and finalize vacation plans.

As waitlists start over a year out, many families make alternate plans and decline offered spaces. This allows us to progress through the list faster.

You have a few options if you receive a waitlist offer.

Switch – You can change to the newly offered week using your original deposit and any additional payments.

Decline – You can keep your current week and decline the offer. There is no penalty for declining the space and it allows our team to move onto the next family on the waitlist.

Add – You can add the offered week to your current registration. Please make sure your camper is 100% interested in a multi-week stay, as our standard cancellation policy applies if this added week is canceled later on.
