In order to process your cancellation request accurately and in a timely manner, please complete the following information.

Eligible refund requests are processed in the order they are received.

Refund requests are usually processed within two weeks, although occasionally, due to the busy nature of a summer camp, they may take three to four weeks to process. Your patience is appreciated.

As always, we continue to offer the flexibility to switch your child’s session to any other available week in hopes of accommodating any scheduling conflicts. Please let us know if you would like to take this option.

A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per session per camper was required at the time of registration.

Campers may transfer to another session within the same camp season, subject to availability; however, the $300 deposit may not be applied as a credit towards another camper, another balance, or a future camp season.

After payments are made towards the balance, cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the start of the enrolled session to receive a refund of paid camp fees less the $300 deposit per session. There is no refund if cancellation is made within 30 days of the camp session.

Cancellation of Saturday or Sunday check out is non-refundable after May 1st. No refund will be made for a camper who withdraws at any time after arriving at camp. There is no reduction or refund of fees for late arrival or early departure.

If a camper is a no-show for a registered session, no refund will be issued. Finally, we reserve the right to dismiss, without refund, any camper whose conduct is detrimental to the camp or to other campers.
