Before making your final payment, please ensure your week and checkout selections are accurate. Your invoice will show the complete breakdown of session, check-out day, and discounts, which we can resend upon request.

Please remember we are not able to refund canceled weekend days after May 1st. See cancellation policy for full details.

Please include your camper’s name in the memo. Upon receipt, our team will send a confirmation email with an updated invoice.

We accept Visa & Mastercard for card payments. Credit cards incur an additional 3.00% fee on each transaction; debit cards do not incur this fee.

If you selected the “credit/debit card” payment preference during your application, we will automatically charge the balance to your saved card on the May 1st payment deadline; we’ll send email reminders before this happens.

Alternatively, you can make payments throughout the year via the “Financial Management” tab in your parent account.

Set up your camper’s canteen account before their arrival.

The canteen is our onsite store – open to campers every afternoon and evening. It features concession options like ice cream, french fries, chicken fingers, pizza, and more. The canteen also has ISTC merch including t-shirts, hoodies, and hats.

The canteen is a cashless system; all families pre-pay an account that is debited each time campers make a purchase. You’ll have the opportunity to set this account during check-in, but is much easier to do in advance. All unused funds are refunded at checkout.

ISTC’s tuition covers all meals, lodging, and structured activities, even the adventure sports like jet skiing, banana boating, and rock climbing.

The only additional costs are the camp store (see above), tubing (an extra, optional waterfront activity) and a pre-printed cabin photo delivered at checkout. Sign ups for these optional add-ons take place at check-in.

Also, many parents order care packages from our online store, filled with ISTC merch and souvenir items to be delivered to their camper’s cabin.

You can pay on any schedule you’d like leading to the May 1st due date. Many families choose to make installments throughout the year while others prefer making one lump sum payment in spring; the choice is yours.

Consider one of our special rate weeks. For 2026, Weeks 1, 2, and 9 have a $250 discount to celebrate the start and end of our season (late June – mid August). All weeks offer the same sports action – just a different time.

You are welcome to tip your camper’s counselors and coaches, but we cannot stress enough that is entirely optional and up to you.

Our staff are not expecting tips. Families who want to express thanks drop off cards at checkout or mail something to our office for us to distribute.

As many of our staff are intentional, they do not have access to Venmo or other digital methods.
