Sports were played, friendships were made, and memories were created that will last a lifetime during Summer 2016. We rock climbed, mountain biked, jet skied, and had an incredible time doing the things that has helped make ISTC what it is today. Although many activities and traditions carry over from year to year, we are always striving to create a new experience for our campers and families. Check out some of the best things Summer 2016 has offered!
Bubble Soccer has been an exciting addition to the 
All-Sports program! These inflatables have literally
been a hit for our older campers. From playing
traditional soccer to sumo wresting, these unique pieces have given our coaches the opportunity to invent new games and introduce our campers to something they have never done before.
As a recreational sports camp, we enjoy fusing regimented sports with playful variations.
Introducing the All-Sports Tournament this summer has provided a competitive outlet for campers who 
love to play sports in their true form. Dividing the junior, middle, and senior teams into mixed groups, they cycled through multiple sports such as handball, ultimate Frisbee, soccer, kickball, and
more in a single session to determine a champion.
The blueprint for the up and coming IXTC Village is set! With two new cabins hosting 20 beds each, the renovations will allow more campers to be a part of the experience. These cabins will be in a
different area of camp from our All-Sports program, giving IXTC an exclusive feel. Not to mention, the village will be equipped with its own central campfire pit and ping pong tables.
From beating the heat to taking a plunge on the Blob, our Waterfront area is one of the most popular spots at ISTC. This season, we have upgraded many of our older jet skis to make sure our jet ski and banana boat rides are as great as they can possibly be. These new jet skis offer a smooth ride and come with new names to add to the camp’s legacy.
Whether we are improving our equipment or making tweaks to our programs, the ultimate goal is to give our campers an unforgettable experience. Our staff lip sync video is a small part of this summer’s fun that will be never fade. Check out all of your camp favorites in our rendition of Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling”.
