When should I sign up for camp?

Well, the good news is we book up fast. The bad news? We book up fast. So, we always recommend that parents sign up as early as they can. We take applications all year round, so as long as the program still has spots open and it hasn’t started yet, you can register. To register your child in the program of your choice, fill out our summer camp application form.

The week I want to register is booked up or closed, can I be added to a waiting list?

Even though we book up fast, almost every year some campers on our waiting list get in. So, if your chosen weeks are full, you can go online and complete our summer camp application form for your preferred week(s). You’ll be asked for your credit card information but you WILL NOT be charged unless a spot opens up and we’ve confirmed you want to take the spot by email. Once your application is complete, you’ll automatically be added to the waiting list and if a spot becomes available, we go to the first person in line. Hint, hint – the earlier you get on the list, the more likely you’ll be to get your spot…so don’t delay!

What time should we arrive for camp Check In?

You can arrive on the first day of camp (Sunday) any time between 1:30pm – 4:00pm. This will allow plenty of time for registration and settling in.

An advanced warning for all of you early risers – although we’re as excited as you are to get started, our gates won’t open until 1:30pm, so there’s no sense in getting here any earlier. And, we need all campers checked in by 4:00pm so that they can complete their swim evaluation and unpack before their camp sessions begin!

What time is Check Out?

Our check out times vary by day. So, take note of your departure day below and the corresponding check out time.
If you enrolled for Friday: Check Out is Friday at 11:00am
If you enrolled for Saturday: Check Out is Saturday at 10:00am
If you enrolled for Sunday: Check Out is Sunday at 10:00am

Can my child be in the same cabin with a friend?

Absolutely! And, we’ve made this easy for you to do. On the summer camp application form there’s a space for you to make roommate requests. As long as there’s no more than a 2 year age difference, we’re happy to honor the request.

On very rare occasions, we have been asked whether it’s possible to ensure two people don’t room together, but because this is a place of camaraderie and growth, we are unable to honor these requests.

What activities are provided during a weekend stayover?

Our weekend stayovers are super popular – in fact, 3 out of every 4 campers stay the weekend. We have organized recreational and sports programs, as well as special weekend programming, to ensure campers have an awesome experience right up until their very last moments at camp.

My child is on medication. How does the camp handle this?

When you arrive for check in, our experienced medical team will meet with you to discuss what medications your child is taking and any other concerns you have. All medications (and, yes, that includes Tylenol and Advil) will be kept in the health center where they can be administered as needed. It’s important that no medicine be kept with the children in their cabin – this is for the safety of all of our campers.

I will be sending my child to camp by plane. How do I make those arrangements?

If your child is arriving by plane, please contact the office before purchasing your tickets so you can schedule your arrival and departure based upon our check-in and check-out times.

To offer more convenient travel options, we are able to offer pick up and drop off at Newark International Airport (EWR) in addition to Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE).

Your child’s arrival and departure flights must be between the following times:

Lehigh Valley International (ABE)
10:00am – 8:00pm
$150.00 round trip

Newark International (EWR)
12:00pm – 8:00pm
$300.00 round trip

If your child is arriving via a car service, the drop off and pick up from camp must be between the following times:

Hired Car Service
8:00am – 8:00pm
Rates vary – please contact your travel agent.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer arrival and departure options outside of the times listed above due to the distance to the airport and the disruption it causes to the rest of the camp. Before making your final travel arrangements and booking your tickets, please contact our office to confirm that we are able to accommodate your plans.
