The week(s) I want to attend is closed, can I be added to a waitlist?

If you know ahead of time that your chosen weeks are full and you want to be added to our waitlist, please go online and complete an application form for your preferred week(s). Although you will be asked to enter your credit card information no charge will be made to your card until a place becomes available and we have confirmed this with you. What should my child pack for camp?

Please do not pack valuables, cell phones, food or gum.

For your convenience we have included information on a label company. Click here to order labels from Stuck On You.

Yes, our campers are housed according to age. Remember, for roommate requests campers must have an age difference of no more than two years.

There is an organized recreational program for campers staying over the weekend. Weekend stay overs are very popular, with an average of 75% of our campers staying over each weekend.

Do we do anything special for the 4th of July?

Yes we do! We have festivities all week long! All our recreation activities are themed for the 4th, we have a huge cookout, and we have an awesome fireworks display over the lake!

What happens when it rains?

We are very fortunate to have many of our coaching staff return year after year. Because they are familiar with our program, they come prepared for such days with instructional videos, lecture demonstrations, indoor sport specific games, etc. We are also fortunate to have our fieldhouse and all sports pavilion which keeps the rain out in most instances.

My child is on medication, how does the camp handle this?

During check in our medical staff will meet with you and discuss your child's medication(s). ALL medications are kept in the nurse's office and dispensed according to your physician's instructions. Please remember, children should not have ANY medications in their cabin, this includes things such as Tylenol, Advil, etc.

My child is a vegetarian, is there food provided for them?

Each of our meals include a selection of food suitable for vegetarians. At each lunch and dinner meal we also provide a full salad bar.

My child has medical dietary restrictions, how is this handled?

We have experience working with children with food allergies. We recommend you call the camp ahead of time and speak with our Executive Chef. If, due to medical reasons, your child requires special foods that we do not currently offer, you should purchase the required items and bring them to camp with you.

During check in a staff member will be available to discuss your child's requirements and receive any instructions you may have concerning your child's diet. You should also discuss any special dietary requirements with the camp nurse. Please remember to label all the food items you bring to camp with you, as we often have other children with specific food, too. All foods will be stored in the kitchen or health center - NO food can be kept in the cabins.

I will be sending my child to camp by plane/bus - how do I make those arrangements?

Campers can arrive at Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE). Greyhound and Martz Trailways buses stop in Stroudsburg and the closest private airport is Mount Pocono.

If you notify us in writing at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival of your travel plans, we will make arrangements to meet campers and transport them to the camp. There is a round trip fee of $50.00 for transportation to and from the Lehigh Valley International Airport, a round trip fee of $30.00 for transportation to and from the bus station, and a round trip fee of $30.00 to and from the private airport. Due to the distance from the Lehigh Valley International Airport, do not schedule your child on a flight departing before 8:00 am.
